Grab yourself a big bunch of kale and get ready to crunch through your chip craving, healthy stylin’.
Give your kale bunch a good wash. Drain thoroughly. Tear the kale leaf off the stem into small pieces (about the size of a 50c piece). Set aside in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Splash a little olive oil on to your kale pieces (just a light drizzle) and mix through.
Spread the kale out on the lined oven tray, be careful not to over layer the tray too much and bake in the oven until the edge of the kale leaf is brown (approx. 10-15mins).
